Our entire family loves this restaurant. We have three families that vacation together every year and always make sure to eat here at least once. The best alfredo sauce I have ever had. Service is great and the food is fabulous! A small family owned place that is sure to make your top vacation eating list.

Finocchio's is the place to go in Garden City SC. If your in the mood for good food good services, nice atmosphere this is the place to go. I was down there for 8 days and well we ate at Finocchios 6 nights out of the 8 nights as I have been to SC many times before and have been to many resturants in the area and was very disappointed Until I found Finocchio's and that the place for me I will eat there everynight the next time we are in SC. My compliments to chef and his staff.

What a disappointment. Having read all the rave reviews we were looking for a fantastic dinner. The canneloni was not baked and was luke warm, mushrooms with the veal were undercooked, angel hair pasta cold, marinara sauce tasteless. Pizzaiaola?? two olives!!! Never ever again.

Been there twice in the past year and it was uniformly outstanding. Not too big and not too small. Specials are very creative. Decent wine list. Highly recommended if you are looking for an Italian restaurant open year-round in the Myrtle Beach area.

Quite simply, Finnochio's is the best Italian on the beach, maybe the best restaurant on the beach.

They are transplanted Brooklyn Italians who know how to do it right. Soon after they opened, they realized they would have to import key ingredients (veal and even bread) from the NYC area because the local SC suppliers did not measure up to their standards.

If they were in my area (DC), I'd live at their restaurant.

I work in a restautant so I have high expectations when it comes to service and food. This place was excellent on both. My boyfriend and I had a bottle of great wine, two apps, two entrees (which came with salad) and dessert and still didn't spend as much as we would at some of your chain restaurants. The wait staff was absolutely great and this is now a place that we will make the drive for on special occasions (even during bike week).

I am a local and tried Finnochios for the first time based on recommendations of friends. I'll admit that I wasn't impressed. Staff was very friendly and service was good, but the food was just mediocre. I had out of town guests and we all had something different. Nothing we had was anything special. I hope it was just a bad night, but I probably won't go back. There are too many other good options for italian food around the area.

This was an outstanding experience. It wasn't cheap but for one of the very best Italian restaurants I've been too, it was completely worth it. It wasn't busy so we got more than our share of attention. In fact, I kept wondering why a place so great didn't have more patrons. The food, service and atmosphere were nothing short of the very best. I could go on further about how impressed I was but won't... Bravo!

We loved this restaurant and will return!! Service and food beyond what we have experienced at other "high end" MB restaurants. We arrived without reservations and they promptly seated us. We observed this same treatment with others throughout the evening. Music was wonderful and felt like family within a few minutes. Thanks for a terrific evening.

In a town with so many restaurants and choices it is always a pleasure to dine with John, Sandra, and their staff Jenna, Patricia & Donna. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door! Every meal has been excellent and I have yet to be disappoited. I have company visiting from the North 12 months a year and and we always eat at Finnochio's (their request). If you want great food,a warm, upbeat, and friendly atmosphere where you can just be yourself...this is the place for you!!!!! Ciao!

Finocchio's Italian Ristorante [www.finocchios-italian- ristorante.com] was superb and the service could not have been better. While it was a slow night, the specials were abundant. We started with the banana peppers and they could not have been better. The stuffed veal chop was superb. The marinara sauce was also tasty. I would not have changed a thing. Would highly recommend this restaurant; we will go back again soon.

We live here and have been to most of the fine dining restaurants in town and this is one of our top 2 favorites of any type. Excellent Northern Italian at very reasonable prices. Ask about specials as they are usually different and very good. The stuffed peppers are incredible when the chef can get them. Everything is excellent with the owner/chef and his wife there every night. They are from NYC and the food is authentic. Seafood dishes are excellent as are all other items. We've had most things on the menu and they are all good.

I am a local and love Finnochio's. I have enjoyed food all over the United States and this by far is the best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten. Food is awesome, service is outstanding, somewhat pricey for Horry County salaries but worth it. I am also a very critical person when spending $$$ to eat. My family as well as out of town friends are thrilled whenever we go for dinner. Today I will try their lunch. Another wonderful thing about Finnochio's is that they are donators to their community in which they live. The entertainment is fun but the musicians need to tone the sound down a little. We had a hard time sharing conversation when sitting near the front. Whenever a tourist or transplant asks where is a good restaurant I recommend Finnochio's

We've been there three or four times and have had fabulous meals each time. We've referred many others there as well and all have had the same wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The longest wait we've had was however long it took to clean off a table. We love Finnochio's and will keep going as long as they are there!

Desset is hard to choose as all are homemade. A must try if you are in Myrtle beach.

When visiting Myrtle Beach, we make it a must stop!! This place is fantastic. A quaint restaurant that is NY style and tastes like a fine restaurant in New York City (without the pricing of NYC) We looked high and low for a great Italian place and found it here. We look forward to our trips down to Myrtle Beach just to try something different on their menu. Chef hasn't let us down yet! The staff is very friendly and personable and they do everything they can to accomodate. You must try this place, you'll love it!

THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS BY FAR THE BEST IN THIS AREA. IT COMPARES WITH ANY RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN TO IN NEW YORK TO CALIF. THE SERVICE IS OF TOP QUALITY. THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE PLACE COULD BE IMPROVED WITH SOME BETTER DECORATIONS. I HAD A VEAL CHOP THAT WAS STUFFED WITH A Great tasting cheese and meat stuffing. My wife's fish was fresh and very well seasoned.
