My ratings are based on take-out. I walked in, ordered food, and then left to drive up to Restaurant Row to pick up food at McDonalds for the little ones. Came back about 20 minutes later to pick up - and waited another 45 minutes for it to arrive. While the wait was very excessive, the staff was friendly, polite, the shirts are a bargain at $10 (bought two) and I'm on vacation, so a little wait didn't sting at all. The food was well worth it and on par with the good Mexican we are used to at home. For $20, my wife, my older son and I ate like pigs! Good food - highly recommended. Next time I'll sit at the bar - duh!

We had the lunch buffet, and it was great. There was a good variety of food on it, and I definitely was stuffed at the end. It was a good value for $7.50. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, and the atmosphere was good. I would definitely go back again. The only thing that could have been better was that there were no labels on the food on the buffet, so sometimes I was unsure what exactly I was getting. But, everything was good, and I like to try a little of everything, so it was fine.

We visit this place every time we are in Myrtle Beach. The food is outstanding and authentic. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. Visit this place and you will not regret it.

If you are in search Great authentic mexican cuisine hidden in Myrtle Beach.  This is a must go to place for anyone seeking real mexican food that has not been commercialized.  Homemade salsas, guacomole, chipotile sauch.  We will make this a frequent visit every vacation in MB.

Excellent, excellent Mexican food in the heart of Myrtle Beach. A real Mexican restaurant, this is so much better than all the chain restaurants. The value was terrific - about $8 for a combo meal with three items; i.e. a burrito, a taco, and an enchilada. If you eat here, you must try the margaritas (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Check out the interesting flavors, like papaya. I would definitely eat here again!

We've gone to Myrtle Beach over our kids' Spring Break for the past few years. Last year we visited the Fiesta Mexicana twice during that week. Both times, the food and service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Tamale, for which the corn shells are made on-site!

A year ago, we wrote a review of this establishment and reported a mixed experience. This year, we went to the place once, and ordered takeout the second time. I am very pleased to report not only was the food great, but the service was as well. The first time in we simply stopped for drinks and chips on Monday September 17, 2007 at 9:25 PM. We each had Margaritas on the rocks, and were very happy with them. We ordered Queso with Sausage pieces to go with our chips (forgive me, I can't remember the name on the menu) and it was very good as well. The second time was Friday, September 22, 2007, a takeout order. We both ordered Fajitas. I had steak and chicken, my wife went with straight chicken. The food was excellent, and its a great value for the money at only $8.50 each. Norm & Eve Connors Sinking Spring, PA

The food was mediocre -- the seasoning tasted as if were from a mix (think Ortega taco kit from the grocery store) and the cheese tasted like generic American cheese. While the servers were friendly, one carried way too much on her tray and it fell. Unfortunately, my party was the recipient of the salsa flying through the air. My mother-in-law ended up with it all over her white shirt, and some landed on my toddlers face--almost in his eyes. While the staff was very apologetic, no concession was made other than the offer of a t-shirt. I thought they might comp part of the meal, or dessert on the house, to make up for the ruined shirt and loss of the enjoyment of dinner out. We tried to enjoy the meal after the incident but since the food was only so-so, it wasn't easy to do.

We ate here on 8.21.2007 during our recent trip to Myrtle Beach. Results: Food GREAT! Try the shrimp fajitas! Service bad...slow, slow, slow. If we go back, it will be with a mind to being prepared to drink several drinks before dinner gets to us.

We come to Myrtle Beach about twice a year, and we always find time for a meal at Fiesta Mexicana. It looks like a typical Mexican restaurant inside and out, but don't be fooled--the flavors are fantastic. The fajitas I had today for lunch were the best I've had in a long time.

Went there on two seperate occasions over the past week, both on our first day and our last day of vacation.

First day was excellent. Food was great, maragaritas were great. Service was fantastic. My wife had Chicken Fajitas, and I had combo Chicken-Steak Fajitas. Second time we had a simpler meal of Tacos and Enchilladas.

Unfortunately, our second trip this past Friday was marred by terrible service. Our waitress paid little attention to us and spoke instead of a party later on that evening with co-workers.

It must be said my wife and I are both VERY easy going people and don't get upset often. But the service was so poor it may prevent us from going back to an otherwise great establishment.

Went their for my birthday 9/24/06 and the food and service was great! The Fajitas Texana are the best around bar none.

Go and enjoy a margarita and some fajitas. You will not be disappointed!

We visited Myrtle Beach this past summer August 2004, and this was a very wonderful restaurant. From outside the aroma coming from inside the restaurant was fabulous. The food was excellent and the service was top notch.
