Review: A trip to Myrtle Beach wouldn't be complete without at least 2 or 3 trips to Burro Loco. The quality of the food is beyond compare. The atmosphere is fun loving and the waiters are the best around. I can personally guarantee that your visit will be well worth your time and $$$. My only caution would be...make sure your hungry when you go. Makes my mouth water just thinking of it.

Review: July of 06 there were 16 of us that went to Burro to eat..We were seated in a ti mely manner no more than 15 mins for such a large party...We were the only ones in our group that had ate there before and the other 2 families are Burro lovers as well!!! Normally our family of 5 has the donkey feast..it is more food than we could ever think about!! A great value for your money and laid back atmosphere...During our week we usually eat there 2 times...

Review: Burro Loco is the best Mexican food my family had ever had.
Every time we vist South Carolina we go there. The beef chimmychungas are the best. We love the Salsa and chips to all made there. Too bad they don't sell it to go.The service is great and awsome decor. Twice my son had his birthday and he sat on a donkey and they all sang -- very funny.

Review: Without a doubt, the best Mexican food on the Grand Strand. My favorite is the Pollo Fundido ( our waiter, Tom suggested it). They take a chicken chimichanga and cover it in home-made jalapeno cream cheese and 3 slices of chedder. I've never tasted anything close. My husband loved the Pork Picado. It's grilled pork tenderloin served on a bed of mexican rice, covered in mushrooms, onions, bacon, bell peppers, and tons of Monterey Jack cheese, sizzling on top of a fajita skillet.
The atmosphere is upbeat and the decor is adorned with all sorts of mexican appointments. The booth we sat at had pesos and pesatas embedded in the tabletop.
The service was perfect. All of our needs were anticipated and met without complaint or contempt. You can tell the people who work there really enjoy what they do. Tom was the best waiter we've ever had take care of us. We plan on asking for him next time we go back.
If you are visiting Myrtle Beach and enjoy Mexican food, do yourself a favor and check out Burro Loco. And ask for Tom (He doesn't work on Sundays) You'll be glad you did.

Review: Our absolute favorite Mexican restaurant anywhere! Outstanding food and service. Not your standard Mexican fare. Extensive menu. Fresh ingredients skillfully prepared. Fun, friendly wait staff. A large restaurant, never a long wait to get in. Yummm, I'm getting hungry just thinking about Burro Loco, and it's only 8am!

Review: Burro Loco is our family's favorite rest...We go there every year for my birthday. In 2006 there was 15 of us, we were seated quickly and food brought out timely manner. The margaritta specials can not be beat during happy hour. We usually hope that it rains one day while on vacation just to go and hang out...

Review: We never visit Myrtle Beach without eating at the Burro Loco!! Such a fantastic place to eat and the atmosphere and food are truly authentic. It is a big noisy, but that is to be expected at a restaurant of that size. Tom, our waiter, was fantastic - very professional, yet fun at the same time. He made our last visit so enjoyable. Great food for everyone!! We HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Review: My husband and I tried the place because of it being a sister restaurant of California Dreaming and were not disappointed. We had a great meal in October and took our daughters back when we were in for Thanksgiving.
If you love Mexican you will love Burro Loco.

Review: Our first time at the restaurant was in October and we plan on taking our daughters there when we are down over Thanksgiving. We have enjoyed California Dreaming and tried Loco Burro because of that. Food was excellent and plentiful, but I agree the salsa could have had a little more bite to it. The noise level was a bit much due to several birthday parties going on while we were there. Loud, but not obnoxious. Still a great place to eat.

Review: This place uses top-quality ingredients and does a fine job of preparing them. Shredded beef instead of seasoned ground beef was a pleasant surprise. The platters arrived piping-hot with a nice portion of fresh, cool schredded lettuce and diced tomato. There was not the layer of grease you sometimes find at othet mexican restaurants. (hello, Garcia's?) The chips and salsa were both good quality, although the latter was sadly lacking in the "heat" department.
In fact, my only complaint would be that the food in general was a bit bland for my taste. Then again, I have a bad habit of comparing all Tex-Mex food to that of the Rio Grand Cafe' in Bethesda, MD.
Our receipt contained a coupon for a free basket of croissants at one of their "sister" restaurants - Carolina Roadhouse. That was a nice plus as we had already planned to dine there also.

Review: The food at Fiesta Del Burro Loco was excellent!!!! You get a lot of food for the money! WE have ate at a lot of mexican restaurants and this one was VERY GOOD!! I got a pizza that was big and the burritos were as long as the plate!! They even have other choices on the kids menu for people who don't like mexican food. If you are thinking about eating at a mexican restaurant I would try this one!!!!!

Review: I have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for a little over ten years now and we return to this place often. The atmosphere is nice and the food is reliably good year after year, an excellent change of pace from the seafood places. I tried the tortilla chicken soup this year and it was very good. I also recommend the polo grande from past trips. One of these years I am going to talk my group into going in on the "Crazy Donkey Feast" with me.

Review: Don Pablo's in Northern Virginia should take lessons from Burro Loco! Excellent decor, great value for the $$$. DO NOT eat but a few chips that they bring to your table. Why? Because your ordered meal is SO-O-O huge why put filling in your stomach?! Hands down the most food on a single plate I've ever been served! Will absolutely make it an absolute meal stop each visit to Myrtle Beach!
