The brunch is awesome. Shrimp and Grits are different than traditional shrimp and grits, but it is a great dish. The bloody Mary bar is a nice touch, and make sure to leave room for dessert.

YUCK!!!! We received a gift certificate for this place and we purchased a whole cake on two different occasions. The first cake was as dry as sand and had little flavor. The second cake was just as bad. Both cakes were dry and stale with no flavor. They were $40-45 each and we did not finish either cake they were so bad. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANY GROCERY STORE--THEY ARE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

Significant Disappointment! The wedding cake tasting and photographs of their previous work lead us to believe that spending several hundred dollars on their wedding cake would be well worth the money. However, we were totally wrong. The baker also delivered it and she could not have been any ruder! The ribbon color on the cake was wrong but we could have dealt with that if it was the only problem. The most awful mistake was she put the wrong flowers on the cake! In fact, she made the one and only type flowers that my then bride disliked with a passion. And when we asked if she had our photograph with our selected flower to refer to while making the flowers - the baker snapped at us and said that flower is exactly what we contracted for and thats that. Literally my wife was so speechless she just said alright and walked into the hallway and cried... because of the baker's poor attitude. Who speaks to anyone like that on their wedding day - especially the bride?! I am still disappointed looking back on her truly unprofessional and uncalled for behavior/attitude. Mistakes happen - she could have just said "I did my best" or "I didn't realize that you wanted another type of flower" etc... and we would have accepted her response because at least it would have been more professional. Another disappoint occurred when we tasted the cake -- it was NO where near as moist or fresh tasting as the sample cake we had when we signed our contract. It tasted as if the cake was frozen for a few weeks then defrosted. We don't know if this baker was just an amateur; therefore, had no idea how to properly make the cake or speak to her customers... or what. Again the sample cake at our tasting was great! And their sample photographs of previous cakes were beautiful! BUT and this is a huge but... they definitely did not live up to those same standards when it counted. Hence, buyer beware depending upon who your baker is.. especially if the cake is going to be your one and only wedding cake!

This is a great restaurant!! My husband and I have enjoyed dinner here several times and also like to sneak in on a Saturday evening for dessert and coffee. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They've recently opened a little bar area that is so fun to sit at while enjoying dessert. (I recommend the sample dessert option - 3 pieces of sample cake!) The menu is solid with tons of favorites and the daily specials are always delicious. The chef told us they get the fish from Murrells Inlet and you can tell, it is SO fresh! You MUST try this restaurant!

While the food is very nicely presented and for the most part good, Croissants is not quite a "French" Bistro. French Onion soup alone does not do it. When I go to a bistro, I am looking for pate, cassoulet, steak frites, calves liver, etc. However, Croissants is continental cuisine with some good local innovation. Among my faves were the Arugula Peach Salad, and the Scallops with some succotash-ie type veg and intense bacon, which was simple, and focused on the ingredients. A touch less on the cooking time would have been ideal for scallops though. The Gazpacho needed some help, kind of flat and heavy on salt. The crepe du jour was nice, but it leaves me what was actually in it, chicken and ??. In short, go to Croissants for a nice meal, but not a French one in terms of atmosphere and food. A trip to France by the proprietor and the staff can really help the authenticity of the experience....

This is one of our favorites stops when we go to Myrtle Beach every summer. The staff is always extremely accommodating. You will feel like you are a regular even if you have never stepped through the doors before. They have fabulous baked goods for breakfast, great lunches, and the last time we were in town we had dinner. The fish was so fresh. Our waiter told us they get their fish right from the fishermen in Murrells Inlet. A don't miss while in Myrtle Beach.

Locals referred us to this restaurant. Not only did we have lunch there, we also went back for dinner. Butternut squash soup for lunch and mushroom appetizer for dinner were the absolute best. We come to Myrtle Beach several times a year and always try new restaurants. This is the first time the food has made such an impression that we had to write a review to share with others. Breakfast menu also looked great.

SPECIAL!!!!!!! This is a special find and is filled with locals. We may go several times a week-it is small and cozzy, not big and touristy. They have a menue that they can do well-all The onion soup, very good. We love the lobster roll- I have it as often as I can on Tuesdays. It is every bit as good as the ones in Nantucket on the dock and much cheeper. I also love the pot roast and salads. The Lemon squares and muffens and cookies are the best, real lemon. The owner is always there and very frindley I feel she could be a best friend. The wait staff all work hard and are there to please. You can not compare Croissants with Mr. Fish. We walked out. It was dirty noisey and crowded and many locals will not go ther because of its problems. The bad reviews must be a set up-all not true.

My wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try. We arrived while breakfast was still being served. My wife had the special and I had a little more than the special. When one adds in the juice and coffee it can be quite costly. While everything was fine with respect to the service and food, we found this restaurant to be much too expensive. We can do better preparing the food in our home. The bill came to over $25.00 not including the tip. This would seem to be a bit much for coffee, eggs, bacon, toast and juice. Giive me a break! Prices should be revised!

My husband and I ate at Croissants last Saturday night with another couple. We all agreed that it was the best meal we ever had in Myrtle Beach. Our server, Briana, was so attentive. We thought she must have some ownership in the restaurant. My husband had the grouper. He said it was the best fish dish. The grouper seemed so fresh. Briana confirmed this and told us that the owner and the manager go and personally pick the fish up from the fisherman in Murrells Inlet. I had the bistro chicken. It was so good, I am planning to go back this week so I can pick up some to take home for our family. Good Job Croissants!

The owner is snotty and rude. She explained in great detail how the lobster in the special of the day, lobster rolls, was flown in fresh that morning, from a lobster dealer in Maine. Well, I am from Maine, know the dealer and also know frozen lobster meat when I taste it. People who are familiar with lobster meat know it has a distinctly different texture when it is frozen. Meal was tasteless and mostly made from mayo. Definitely not worth the $15.00 for lunch. Go to the original "Mr. Fish" is you want good seafood and not a gimmick.

My wife and I and hoped this would be a find we could visit more than once during our stay at MB, we had just ate and passed by the Bakery, remembering the Great reviews we decided to get some deserts to go. The place was packed for a Saturday around 12:30 which made us hopeful. I got a lemon square and a sugar cookie, my wife got an MM cookie, when I got back to the resort I bit into my lemon square..... Absolutely BLAND with NO lemon flavor at all. A better name would have been Bland Bar, my wife took one bite of her cookie and spit it out. A while latter I tried to eat my Sugar cookie, same effect. We had spent over $6.00 for the 3 items, a complete waste! The other food might be good but the deserts where a disappointment.

WONDERFUL!!! My husband and I travel to Myrtle Beach a few times every year and we always make a point to visit Croissants at least one night during our trip. Besides their famous chicken salad and delectable desserts, they have an amazing nightime "bistro" menu. On our last trip, I had the signature chicken dish and my husband had the shrimp and scallop pasta. Both dishes were amazing, the service was incredible, and we can't wait for our next visit! We're coming back on Valentines Day just for their "Sweethearts Special". Croissants is honestly the best restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area.

I love this bakery! It is such a charming and cozy bakery with a subtle hint of French flair that gives this bakery an extra edge. I believe that details are most important and this bakery deserves praise for their unique southern bakery with an underlining appeal of french cuisine. When I lived in Myrtle Beach, this was a bakery that I would make frequent stops at weekly. I now live back in New England and I have not found a bakery with such flair and panache as this place. That's a difficult feat considering that there are more french and italian bakeries on every street corner on the east coast. -Audra Coart-Riccitelli

Love it! Love it! Love it! Everything they offer is fantastic. The staff & management are excellent. I had my wedding cake done by them & everyone at the wedding could not get enough of it. I had the cake made large enough for approx. 300 people & only had around 200 at the wedding & every bit of the cake was gone & people continued for months to ask me who made the cake. I purchased a topper that was to large & unstable. My mother accidentally caused the topper to fall off of the cake & down the side of the beautiful buttercream icing but they fixed it & you would have never known anything had ever happened. Thank you for going above & beyond just a job well done.

I have visited this bakery several times in the past year. I am a local marketing representitive and frequently ordered lunches and bakery items. Overall the staff was almost helpful but most importantly the owner was incredibily rude on multiple occasions. She acted as if I was bothering her when I came in to order anything. The first few times I thought she might be having a bad day but when her attitude didn't change I decided that there are too many other places on the beach that would gladly take my business.

I called the bakery to deliver a birthday cake to my husband, who was vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and delivered a delicious chocolate cake with caramel frosting directly to his hotel. In fact, they tracked my husband down while he was at the hotel pool to surprise him. I am absolutely delighted with the promptness and level of service given to my request, especially since I got the brainwave to do this at the very last minute. Obviously, I cannot rate the restaurant atmosphere, but the service was beyond exemplary and my family raved about the cake. THANK YOU!
