Review: We had a pretty bad experience at this Chili's Restaurant. The entree's were good, but the chips and salsa were our biggest reason for going in the first place. We did have to ask for them, though. This is the appetizer that everyone should thoroughly enjoy, right?? When the chips and salsa came, they were piping hot, which was good, the salsa was delicious. The chips were sooooooooo salty that you could not enjoy them. We tried to dust them off, and shake them off, but the salt was very stubborn and would not come off. We called the waitress to come over and bring us some new chips that were not as salty. She regretfully assured us that the manager, had insisted that they be this salty, and no less salty chips would arrive. We were appauled. We were so shocked. It made me so mad, I was ready to leave, and not pay for our entree's. What an experience!!! My Mother eats out a lot, and said it was a simple marketing decision. Load the tortilla chips with salt, and the customers won't ask for a second basket of them. PROFIT!!! PROFIT!!! PROFIT!!! That's the name of the game, even at, and especially at Restaurants. ARROGANCE!!! WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS CHILI'S RESTAURANT!!! The waitress was not even apologetic. One Texas Roadhouse Manager told us once, that when you eat out, it's supposed to be an enjoyable and fun experience. If not, you probably won't return. A Good Motto!!

Review: After hearing all the hype about Fajita Rita Mondays - and the ads saying fajitas for 2 for 12.99 all day we decided to give it a try - well you have a choice of one fajita - one of us doesnt eat meat, and as the one choice fajita was with meat and not the shrimp one we asked if anything could be done to which she said No. So we went with chicken and the one could just have a veggie fajita- she said work as they come with lots of veggies. The veggies ended up being onions and green peppers - well thats a big variety isnt it, they also came with the smallest fajitas shells weve ever seen. Plus there were four of us and they brought 6 shells and seemed surprised we wanted more. The margaritas were good, but one person had coffee, which was warm dishwater,and when it was mentioned the waitress said, yeah weve been having problems with our coffee maker - Service was so so, food was so so, we wont be going back, there are better places in MB for lunch and or dinner.

Review: I love Chilis and have been to many of them. This one is not the best. The service is often not "hit or miss". If you are a Chilis lover you probably should skip this one.

Review: I love Chilis. I go there about every 2 weeks even though i come to SC for a vacation. The food is excellent and the waiters are nice and the food is excellent and hot. They check on us about every 5-10 minutes. it doesn't take long to be seated and you get your money's worth. The noise level is not loud. WE ALL LOVE CHILI'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Our table of 6 ate at Chili's on Sat., 1/7/06. Would have liked to be able to seat six in smoking/bar area, but couldn't so had a nice large booth in non-smoking. When server brought our drinks, she didn't use a tray for 6 beverages, and my husband's bottle of O'Douls was actualy carried under her armpit. My husband asked if there was any chicken dish not marinated as he's on low salt diet, and it took sev. times for waitress to respond, then saying that there was once chicken dish marinated in egg. Strange, so he had a plain burger.
It was not his night. His coffee was served in a cup w/lipstick on it and it took quite awhile for it to be replaced. When he went to the bar to have a smoke, he told the manager, and we would have appreciated a word from the manager to our table, but it didn't happen.

Review: Sadly I ate at a Chili's once. I still remember seeing the brown tinged lettuce on a family members chicken salad plate.
The waitress was slow and rarely around.
The wait to be seated was long even though there were not that many people.
If this is the direction that the national cookie cutter restaurant chains are headed in, watch out.

Review: My husband and I go to Myrtle Beach at least 2 times a year.
At the end of each vacation, we always stop at Chili's to eat. It is always wonderful. I alway get a fried onion with that special sauce, they are so good!
We will be going to Myrtle Beach for Fall Bike Week 2005, and we will be visiting Chili's.

Review: We went to Chili's during the off season, so that may be why we were seated so quickly. The food and the service were excellent! A little pricy, but hey.. you're at the beach. What do you expect? I would recommend this to anyone!

Review: Last year during my vacation to myrtle beach I ate at a Chili's for the first time. There was a bit of a wait to get in, but it was to be expected, during our wait me and my friends visited the bar and had an excellent margarita, definitely on my top ten list of best margarita's on the beach! When we did get seated our waitress was very friendly, we had our food quicker than I had expected and everything was delicious. I would definitely go back.

Review: We were staying in Myrtle Beach this weekend and decided to eat at Chili's. We were seated right away. Everything was very nice and clean. We had our drink order taken right away and was served right away. The tea was great. We them ordered our meals, my husband and myself. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our meal. We were okay with this, we had no where to be in a hurry and our tea glasses were kept being filled. Our waitress kept informing us how much longer it would be, all the time saying how sorry she was for our wait. We kept telling her not to worry about it, we were fine. When we got our meal, it was very hot, looked great and was great. I was supposed to get a slice of texas bread that they forgot. We just asked for it and they brought it in a jiffy. Every one was very pleasant and helpful. To our surprise when we got our bill, the manager had reduced our bill. We assured them that it wasn,t necessary, but they insisted. How is that for workers who care if you are a satisfied customer. They need to be commended for a job well done.
