The food was good,for fast food. However, the Margarita's which I love, and go there for, were awful. They had a strong mildew taste, had one the week before, it was bad, and this last time, just as bad. I told one of the service people, my thought was a dirty machine, but, they clean it all the time. My other thought is that they got a bad batch of lime syrup. It wasn't the ice in the frozen Margarita's, because we ordered one over cubes also. I Would love them to fix it. Miss having a yummy Margarita ref: 28148

My family and I and a guest of our just ate at Chilis in Carolina Forest and I have to say it was the worst service I have ever experienced!!!! Our waitress reeked of Alcohol which I told the Manager and the service went down hill from there. Had to ask for appitizer from her 3 times which didn't bother her. Brought out the other appetitizer and still no silverware. I had to get up and go ask for some and she still didn't bring any 10 mins later so I ask for a Manager which was very rude. Had to keep asking for refills never once did she offer!! When they brought the food, I ask the manager could I have some ranch. He never brought it and I waited patiently!! After I told the waitress she went and told him he came over and put the blame on someone else!! Communication is the Key and they don't have any!! I have been a Manager for over 25 years and that was Horrible for us to have gone through. After eating,the morning shift manager came to the table and I told him everything and he ask what he could do and I said I felt like some compensation would be nice that our experience was exhausting I also told him the waitress reeking of alcohol but he didn't seem interested because they were short staffed!! He tried to blame that on our experience. The waitress brought us the bill and he didn't compensate us in the least, so I ask him and do u know ... all he offered me was a free dessert!! I gave him my debit card and told him to run it and ask him could we PLEASE get some tea!!!! I ask 4 times for the waitress to give our guest a refill and it NEVER happened!! The manager came back to the table after we waited another 15 mins for them to figure out what they were gonna do about my bill and said he took off one of the two for twenty meals!!! Alcohol and very Slack Managers doesn't keep customers coming back!! Without customers there's no job!!! Very very UNHappy!!!! If you Love to eat at Chilis go to another location!!! ref: 27842

Curbside pickup. No sauce with the egg rolls when I paid for extra. No extra salsa for the appetizer when I paid for extra. Next time, I will go with Outback right down the road. This is the Carolina Forest location. ref: 24666

We just ordered take out here. They were 45 min. Late, and had left out two of our items. On of the items was chilli. How can u forget chilli at chilli's? ref: 21763

Being a restaurant owner myself now for 23 years have never seen or experienced what I did yesterday at Chili's. My waitress was scrubbing walls and also serving my food. I could not even finish what I ordered,thinking remnants of whatever she was scrubbing off the walls may have found there way to my plate! I am not sure if this was work of management,but clearly either way is disgusting. You think with the economy being low they would hire someone to clean. Or hire a pressure washing company. Neither I or my friends or anyone I care about will ever eat at this or any other Chili's EVER again. ref: 21006
