This is a great place to enjoy Italian kitchen but staff might not be in the best interest for this restaurant. We tried to have quiet and enjoyable dinner and asked to be seated outside on the patio.Thinking there was not going to be a problem to do so since the restaurant was less that 25% full and there was not any wait time. All of the sudden the hostess refused to give us a table outside explaining that there was not any server who is working that section. And she did not even bother to check with her manager see if there was any chance to find anyone to serve us outside. That was enough for us to turn around and find another restaurant. With over 1000 restaurants that are in MB area competing for customers it is very easy to find another place with great kitchen and nice outside area.

The last two times my wife and I went to Carrabba’s the food and service has been terrible. The first time we went which was about two months ago, it took the waitress 10 minutes to come by and ask what we wanted to drink. It took 50 minutes from the time we sat down to receive our food which was cold. Even though we had a bad experience a month ago we figured we would give them another shot last night. So we went to Carrabba’s again last night and it was the same as our previous visit. We both ordered pizzas this time since the food we ordered the previous time wasn’t very good. My pizza was ok but my wife’s pizza was burnt real bad, I don’t even know if a homeless guy would have ate it. After that we got our check and it said $26 gave the waitress my debit card she came back and instead of saying $26 it said $112. She swiped my card for someone else’s meal and it took another 15 minutes just to straighten that out. We only saw our waitress three times, first time she took our order, second time she brought us our bill, third time she gave us the correct bill. Other Carrabba’s I have been to have been great but the one at Myrtle Beach is horrible. There are plenty of other good restaurants in Myrtle Beach so save your time and money and go someplace else.

It was a complete and tasty experience!! Our group had a range of dishes from Lasagna to Veal to the Chicken Trio and each of us was blown away by what we had. The single drawback was a crowd gathering at the entrance to get in that was a little loud but that was nopt enough to detract from the great food.

Everything is made fresh daily. All the soups, sauces and dressings. Absolutely wonderful food. Anything with Marsala sauce is excellent. The portions are generous. We always leave full. But save room for dessert because they are homemade also. Dessert Rosa is a light yellow cake topped with a pudding, crushed pineapple, bananas and strawberries and whipped cream! Also try the Red Sangria! This is my families favorite place to eat.

This was our second visit to Carraba's. You would never know this is a chain. The food, atmosphere and service is always excellent. The Filet Marsalla is outstanding and was grilled to perfection. The Chicken Marsalla is just as yummy. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. I wish there was one here in Charleston.

We found this restaurant by chance when driving by and turned in immediately. Loved the ivy and greenery winding it's way up the brick walls. Cute little patio but too bad it overlooks the parking lot. The food was fantastic! As soon as you walk in you can smell the authenticity. The sauce is definitely not from a can (as a previous review mentioned) but obviously homemade-thick big pieces of tomatos, fresh chunks of garlic - mmmmm. Perhaps the only complaint I have is that the food is a bit too salty sometimes but I've learned to ask them to go easy on the salt. Staff are fun and chatty. Overall, we loved this place so much that we ate there twice in our one week holiday.

My husband and ate at Carrabba's in Orlando, FL on vacation. We were very impressed. It was the best Italian restaurant we have ever been to. My husband had the special, which was Pollo Rosa Maria and some other stuffed chicken breast. He loved it! I had the Pasta Weesie, which I thought was excellent. The Caesar salad was the best I've ever had. All in all our dining experience was wonderful. When we returned home we were thrilled to find out there is a Carrabba's close to home. We will definitely be eating there often.

I am a good and frequent customer at Carrabba's in W. Amherst New York. I feel that the food quality is excellent, but some prices are a bit overboard. Also, I drink Chivas Regal on the rocks when I go there, which is two to three times a week. However, The price that you charge now is way overboard. Not too long ago you charged with tax a bit over $7.00 for what I drink. Now You are charging close to ten dollars for that same drink. Sometimes a little over. For the area where Carrabba's is located, your way over the price range for that drink, plus other drinks. Besides me, I have heard others complain. Other than that, Carrabba's is a great place to go to. RMG

We eat here every year sometimes twice the absolute BEST chicken Marsalla in the Universe. Hubby loves the chicken Parm. Mom and dad always get the lasagna have Never had a bad meal at Carrabba's. We don't care much for the salad dressing this year we brought a bottle of Ranch. The prices are average, but the portions are large. Can't wait to go back next year....

The bread with olive oil with herbs and spices was outstanding. The salmon was the best I ever had and the gourmet pizza's my kids ordered was outstanding. Service was the best.

We have eaten at Carrabba's many times and have always enjoyed the food. We like to sit at the counter overlooking the cooking and plating of dinners. Sometimes we are even treated to a sample of the ravioli and it is delicious. Our personal favorite is the Spedino di Mare which is shrimp and scallops lightly breaded with a lemon sauce. It is tender and delicious. After my husband tried mine, we just order the same thing. I have also tried the Chicken Bryan and enjoy that as well. Lucky for us they opened a Carrabba's near our home and we are there quite often. There's something for everyone and you won't be disappointed!

We went for the first time on Mother's Day. Absolutely crowded and had a 3 hour wait, but that was our fault because with such a fabulous restaurant and it had just opened and we did not have reservations. We were not the only ones but nobody was leaving. I ordered chicken marsala (wonderful). My husband and son ordered chicken with melted cheese, sorry I can't think of it and our girls had the pizza. Every thing was great. The bread with herbs and olive oil was delicious, the girls filled up on this and we took the pizza home which my husband raves about and he does not like to go to restaurants. He is from the islands and says that was the best pizza he has ever tasted and he has because I'm American so he has been initiated. THe desert I had was wonderful and when I returned from work the next day the rest of my dinner and desert had been eaten. My husband says our 2 year old ate it. Thank you, thank you, thank you for authentic italian food. I have waited so long for just such a restaurant. By the way we were served chicken marsala (everyone waiting) generously because of the crush. 5 stars if that is the highest the restaurant can be rated.

THE MUSSELS ARE THE BEST!! I had dinner here with my husband and a few friends. My husband is a little picky about seafood but I really wanted some mussels. I told my husband to at least give them a try. I had never had the mussels at Carrabas so it was a first for us both. When the waiter placed them on the table the smell was absolutely divine and I dug in immediately. My husband shocked me because not only did he eat the mussels but he LOVED them and so did the other couple who had never eaten them either. They were cooked in lemon, butter, garlic, sea salt, pernot, and white wine. The exact recipe is unknown and I doubt anyone can perfect it the way they can. They are absolutely delicious!!

My husband and I live in Surfside. We were recommended by several friends to eat here. We usually go to the real Italian Restaurants. This is more of a Fast Italian Food Chain. Not impressed at all. The tomatoe sauce was very acidy and the Chicken Caraba - Creamy Sauce was so rich and thick - I was filled up after two bites. Really I think I would have been sick if I ate more. We will stick with the true Italian Restaurants from now on - this one did nothing for us. Both sauces used had to come from a Can - they can not be homemade. Italian should be a celebration, not a quick can of soup.

This is my favorite date restaurant. Not just a date with my boyfriend but lunch date, girl-chat dates, a date by myself etc. I have been to Carrabas all over, and everywhere is wonderful. The calamari is AMAZING, the Mussels are the best I have had at any restaurant thus far, the salad is great ( I don't like the ceasar but the house salad with the CREAMY PARMESAN DRESSING IS A MUST!!). My favorite entree is pasta weesie. This restaurant makes the best fettuccine alfredo ever, and that pasta entree is to die for. I really haven't had any dessert here. The only time I can remember is when my boyfriend lied and, unbeknownst to me, he pulled a waiter to the side and said, "we are going to need a special dessert for my birthday girl." All I got was a scoop of ice cream, so there is not much to write about that!! I loveeeeeeee the atmosphere, and the italian bread is delicious. I have never been to a restaurant with such fresh, authentic, and hot bread servied with a delicious mix of herbs and oliver oil. Usually my boyfriend and I will get tough bread, flavorless loaves with a barely noticeable amount of garlic, or the restaraunt will give olive oil with ONLY black pepper sprinkled in it. Not Carrabas. The herb mixture is flavorful and I reccomend that you ask for more with your olive oil. You probably won't make it past your appetizer because your bread could quite possibly become your meal. Everyone must go enjoy this excellent restaurant!!

We ate here twice - food both times was EXCELLENT. I had the Chicken Marsala both times, and would order it again. Two others in the party had lasagna and loved it as well, and my husband had the chicken parmesan. Everybody was very satisfied. The portions were large. The food was great although the salads were okay, the dressing (they offer three) was not that good, but it was edible. We will make this one of our yearly visits. You have got to try it.
