I visited the restaurant for the first time Mother's Day 2017 with a party of almost 25 family members the restaurant and the atmosphere was very pleasant, my waiter was very pleasant and knowledgeable.the food was lousy we had over cooked rack of ribs, horrible seafood plates, dried out prime rib plates,food tasted like old meat that had been keep to long in the freezer before discarding.before retiring I've cooked for over 25 years in a few up upscale restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area I know quality food when I see and taste it. We walked right in and sat down. The restaurant was busy but our sever came straight over to take our drink order. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Nachos which was awesome! It was different but so appetizing! I highly recommend it! I will be back! ref: 26178

Food was just average. No bread provided. Grilled chicken had 1 side. That was the entire meal for $13. Service was fair. Feel like we wasted a meal eating out on our vacation. Even if the food was average, a good waiter could have made it better. ref: 25113

Ordered the sunset special which was prime rib. Free appetiser was good, dinner was excellent. Best meal so far in myrtle beach. ref: 24828

Love this restaurant. The house salad with the house dressing is to die for. The honey croissant served with all salads is soooooooo good! Ribs are excellent. We eat in this restaurant every year when visiting Myrtle Beach- wouldn't miss it! ref: 23709

My husband and I were there on honeymoon and this was the first restaurant at which we ate. Food was great, portions were plenty and the service was awesome!! We went back on our last night in Myrtle Beach we had the same experience, even with a dinner crowd. We were seated right away. We look forward to eating there again on our next visit. ref: 23282

A little pricey but not too bad.....fairly good food. I'm all for ambiance but this was ridiculous.....so dark in the dining room the menu was impossible to read......waitress stated that the owner had come in and complained about the bright lights and ordered that they be kept this dim....she offered to get us a pen light to read the menu ! I saw California Dreaming on an earlier drive and knew the place was popular in Charleston. It was crowded, but they seated us quickly. I had a good ribeye. My wife had a good filet with shrimp. It worked out for us. ref: 16417

Went there for a late lunch. Service was horrible, portions were small,food was way over priced and they forgot to cook my kids food. $85.00 for 2 adults and to small kids is insane amount to pay. Will never go there again.. ref: 15996

Food is AVERAGE AT BEST. Don't waste your money here. Try Carolina Roadhouse I think they are owned by the same corp but Carolina's Food is AWSOME!!! ref: 14654
