Review: This place is now called azizas. It seemed nice--salads were good--the bread is where it ended--my 11 year old noticed a roach baked into the bread.i can;t comment on the food--we didn't get that far. We left. Very disgusting..

Review: I have eaten at this restaurant several times and loved it. My husband and I spent our first married Valentine's Day there, too. The food is always amazing, the setting is intimate, and the service has always been just fine.
Now for me to rate this restaurant so highly, you must know that I loved it. I had previously worked for the owners of this place in another location. I despised them (and I generally like everyone). For me to look past how I feel about them to love their restaurant, you know this place must be yummy.

Review: We had a bad experience at this restaurant, dining out with a party of six. We were seated right away, but the service was maddeningly slow. Every item we asked for took at least 10 minutes to deliver (like a drink refill or a sauce) and the waitress was barely in the room. They said they were unprepared for the large numbers in the restaurant that night, but a wait of 25 minutes for our check to come after we asked for it is INEXCUSABLE! The rest of our party went outside to wait because they were so bored and tired of being there, and we could not get someone to bring us the bill! I finally told the hostess on our way out, that if the waitperson is too busy to deliver and take up a check, someone else (anyone else!) should be running the checks. We could have walked out without paying, that's how ignored we were. And in combination with a mediocre seafood meal and high prices, the lack of service makes this a place I'll skip when we return to the area.

Review: Came here when we first bought a place in Calabash and we love the setting. If you are looking for a place devoid of noisy tourists and plentiful, tasty food without the wait and hassle, this is it. Wonderful setting looks out over the best of nature. You get the feel of the area and the attention our servers have given us has been thoughtful.
