Review: When on vacation we were eating at another restaurant when a customer over heard us talking about pancakes. He said the best place to get pancakes was the Best Pancake House in Little River.
My daughter moved here in August 2008 so we looked for and found the place. He was right the food was excellent the man who sat us was very attentive and entertaining. Our waitress checked on us and kept my coffee cup filled...we were happy campers. Excellent place.

Review: My family and I go to this restaurant for breakfast almost every day we are at the beach on vacation. The waitresses are very friendly and even gave us recommendations about great beaches and fun things to do. Because of their advice we have found one of the best beaches if you aren't staying oceanfront at your hotel or condo. The food is consistently good and out quick! Ask for Brenda!

Review: The place should be called "Worst Pancake House"
I ordered eggs, Country Ham, Pancakes, a biscuit and coffee.
The coffee was good. The pancakes were ok although a bit on the tough side. The Ham tasted like it was left out in the weather. It was so bad I did not eat it. The eggs had a strange flavor. Perhaps the ham and eggs had something in common. Won't go there again.

Review: My family and I come here everytime we visit the beach. It's part of our tradition to eat here. We love it and they treat us like family! The food is awesome, the service is quick, and the prices are reasonable. A nice place to make memories!

Review: When I go to Best Pancake House, I really like the 8 silver-dollar pancakes and for a good price they were completely worth it. The syrup is great but the whipped butter is even better. The staff is friendly and I never had any complaints when eating there.

Review: Best Pancake House has pretty decent food at pretty decent prices. We usually get a generous breakfast for very little money. Sometimes we've had to wait to be seated; but I guess that's normal with a popular restaurant right on Highway 17.
