We live not far from the bennet's in north myrtle beach ,sc and it is a swell place to eat seafood. I never get indigestion from the food there. It is always fried to perfection . Must use very good grade oil! I recommend it to all who wants good seafood.!.

The Buffet was advertised as $20.00 and as containing more then 80 items. Hardly, the steak was supposed to be a "T-bone" It was more like a fat-laden sirloin, thinnlt sliced. the seafood was adequate and the dessert bar was sparse and not very appetizing. It was extremely overpriced and while we will be staying at Myrtle Beach again. We will NOT be eating at Bennetts again

I have lived in Myrtle Beach, SC for almost 30 years. This place is not a local recommendation. Try Prossers if you want buffet. All the good stuff is in Murrells Inlet. There is no telling where Bennetts gets their seafood from. Frozen bags shipped in a box probably. Better fish can be purchased at Captain D's or Long John Silvers. ha ha. Most locals wont eat at Bennetts if they have free coupons.

We ate there last year and this. When we arrived this year and saw the screwy way they sat people, I was less than excited. Not sure why they can't take your name like other restaurants, but one person from your party has to stand in line and they do it first come, first served. That means that parties of two or four get caught up in line waiting for groups of six or ten to be seated, even though there are smaller tables available. I digress... the food was good, but the crab legs were EXCELLENT. We most definitely got our money out of it. True, the waitstaff are mostly Russian and can be difficult to understand, but they were attentive and tried hard and we left a very generous tip of over 20%.

We had an excellant waitress who had only been there a month and did a great job. We had a party of 10 and they had great patience with us. We had part of our group lost for 30 min and they were so kind let us stay at our table until everyone showed up. Our waitress and another kind waitress talked to the other half of our party giving them directions to where we were. The food was excellant. We had no complaints. It is a little expensive but so is every place in Myrtle beach. When we come back in the summers we will be eating here again. Thank you again for your kindness and the excellent food.

My very favorite all-you-can eat seafood restaurant on the grand strand! it is much smaller and less crowded than any other all-you-can eat seafood restaurant anywhere. And their many food bars are wonderful! service is instant with no waiting. I always advise all my visiting family and friends to go there. Whenever customers to my business the sign man of north myrtle beach (only a few blocks south of the restaurant) ask for an all-you-can eat calabash style restaurant, I always recommend bennett's of north myrtle beach. I would eat there much more often if I were not so fanatic about keeping my waistline slender. It is delicious! i'm proud to give my name: steve jameson, local resident..

Family party of 6 just eat there last night and after experiencing many other all you can eat seafood places up and down the east coast, I can say that this was by far the worst one we have ever eaten at. It appears that the Snow Crab is the major attraction, but you had better bring your own crab cracker. Our party destroyed 4 forks trying to open the crab lebs.I watched all the tables around us struggling to open their crab legs. Our server was russian and i swear didnt understand half of what we said. The fried foods tasted exactly alike from Scallops to Fish to the fried OKRA... there was no difference in the taste.Line inside for the buffet line frequently reached 30 feet from the start all the way next to my table. Certainly not what I was expecting .Philips offers much more for a few more dollars.( and I am not an employee of Philips.) Look around... There are other options... Hindsight is always 20/20

Our visit was June 21, 2010. We had a party of 8, and we were seated almost immediately upon our 5p arrival. Service was quick, and the food was delicious. The non-seafood-eaters in our family had plenty to tempt them, and the seafood lovers were thrilled. As someone else stated, the oysters were fabulous. Scallops were also large and juicy. Clams, not so good (tough and stringy). Many shrimp options, most of them quite good. I was not a fan of the crab legs (too dry), but there sure were a lot of people eating them. We used a coupon, and the bill came to about $21 a person plus tip and drinks ($2.00). We'll go back. Maybe even this trip. Going early was a good idea - there was a line when we left at about 7:00.

My family felt like like we were just robbed! The website appealed to seafood lovers everywhere with fresh seafood and crab legs, and we were served anything but fresh. We were told to wait in a clustered waiting room, and after tables were sat before us, we were ushered through a crowded waiting room and told to wait for our server. After our first round through the long waiting line of the hot bar (with several items out - including crab legs), we were served the check and told to pay the server. The food was warm and not fresh. When we glanced at the check it was $28 per person, not including tip. For a party of 5, we spent $150. The only thing I can complement was the free hush-puppies, which the server had to steal from the hot bar line (and were far from free). My family sulked back to the house licking our wound, which unfortunately, tasted better than our meal!

My husband wanted crablegs, so I went along, as we were there for the night. I will never make that mistake again. 22.00 plus drinks, per adult, even if you don't want crab legs. the food was gross. No flavor nothing The steak was dry, & nastless.. I ended up getting shrimp. I know shrimp, I eat shrimp I like shrimp. But their shrimp had this god awful smell to it. It smelled worse then a beer fart. If that can even begin to describe it... Which I don't believe it could. So I told my waitress, five minutes later she comes back with an attidude from heck, & tells me that shrimp should smell like that. & that they ate some & it was fine. That I didn't know what I was talking about. Ummm I don;t think so. My four year old got a upset tummy from it. I will not be going back. EVER!!! Over 60 dollars for nasty food, & a not so nice waitress. Next time Joes Crab Shack will get our money....

Well---we have eaten here every year for over 10 years, but 2 years ago during the summer, while visiting with family, 2 days b4 my 50th birthday we ate there....and it was a disaster...tasted good, except the "fried" clams, they did not taste bad but were not hot at all, so I did not eat very many of them....the next day I had the most horrible case of food poisoning and called them to tell the manager(2 days afte--i could do nothing but throw up violently etc. For 2 whole days--until I was dehydrated. The manager just said that no one else had celled to complain.......i was the only one in my party of 10 who ate the clams---and I was the only one who got ill...the crab legs are good and worth it if you eat a lot....but I will never again eat anything in there that is not hot--and never again eat any type of clam in there....my friend got sick another time and she thinks it was the salad dressing.... There is always a chance of getting food poisoning in any restaurant---but when a customer calls to tell them and they basically act like you are lying---that is wrong! I guess I should have kept what I threw up and taken to the emergency room and let them shut them down until they were inspected??? horrible way to treat customers, especially those who have gone there and sent other customers there for years :( :( :( unfortunately, it is the only place there that has good all-you-can-eat crab legs and my family still loves the place...but if it were to ever happen again to anyone I know I would have them go to the emergency room, and get compensation..

Wow. What an awful dining experience. We ate there on 9-4-09. We pulled up a list of seafood restaurants on our GPS, and after driving by and seeing the parking lot full, we decided this must be a decent spot. Boy, were we wrong. Clearly there are a TON of gullible, undiscerning diners is this area. WAY overpriced for the horrible quality of the food. Wouldn't have minded the $25 per adult price if the food were worth it. I suspect any of the overly positive reviews on this site are plants. Can't imagine anyone finding this much of a positive. Overcooked, bland, imitation everything, WAY oversalted crablegs, poor quality fish. If a gun were put to my head and were forced to say nice, it would be that the complimentary hush-puppies were pretty good. STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst seafood buffet in the area! Bad quality, bad selection, and bad prices. I hardly ate anything, and my wife ate NONE of it. We complained to the waiter, who deducted the price of one dinner. He agreed the food is not good here! The hot food was COLD, and the cold food was WARM! That is illegal and can get you sick. The little I ate was cold, overcooked and rubbery. When I asked the waiter why the food is so bad, he told us they don't do much business anymore, so instead of wasting it and throwing it out, they just keep re-heating it. Mmm...YUMMY! The decor matches the food. It smells musty, old, and is unappetizing! There are much better seafood buffet's in the area than this so don't waste your money.

We visited this restaurant on Friday, July 31, 2009 at around 8:30pm. There is nothing really special about this restaurant at all. The price for us was $22-something and the food was no better or maybe worse than seafood night at our local Golden Corral, except maybe for the crab legs, which we didn't eat, but a lot of people did. There was not a large buffet bar, but what they did have was a large selection of fried foods, all of which tasted the same, except for the hush puppies, which were good. The broiled/baked fish section was a disappointment to me b/c although the fish there looked good, it really had no flavor. The place seemed rundown. If you like a lot of fried foods, this place may suit you, but we won't be back.

No one told us any specific wait time. We waited for at LEAST a half hour in a huge line and there was no waitlist. The poor couple in front of us was told there was a five minute wait for a party of two, but they ended up waiting about fifteen minutes. The hostess looked very confused about generally everything. As we were in line, a couple cut through the line, spoke to someone working in the restaurant, and later on was able to be seated right after us even though there was a huge line in front of them. I thought that was pretty darn unfair!!! The food was AMAZING to me, but my friend's food was very cold and tough. Our waiter seemed very indifferent and we could barely understand what he said, but he did come frequently with refills!!! I thought the price was pretty outrageous, especially since the menu did not specify what the price was, it just said MARKET PRICE which was very confusing and we didn't have an option of buffet without crab legs, which most places I've been before have had. If you go here, be prepared for a long wait, line cuts, and big prices!!! Good food though.

I went to Bennett's on 6/16 2009 with my family of 6...we walked in got seated, ordered our drinks and started going through the buffet line. The food tasted fresh and there was plenty to choose from. The hush puppies were amazing. While you are walking through the buffet line you can see the cooks cook the food going to the line. Also there was a salad bar and a raw bar. The dessert bar had many types of pies and there was a self serviced ice cream machine with hot fudge and caramel topping available. Our waitress was very dependable with drinks and meet expectations. If you have a chance look for the coupons they will not hurt. Overall very good food, service and would definitely return and recommend it to a person who enjoys seafood and their desserts.

I ate here on 6/16. We arrived at 5:00 and asked for the early discount. We were told we had to have a coupon. I explained that we were on vacation and don't carry a printer with our laptop to print coupons. No deal, the manager was insistent that they have the coupon. We had the buffet which was goo but the service was good. I did have to wait a long time in line to get crablegs even at that early hour. The cost was quite high ($25) + tax and beverage.

I was in North Myrtle, the week of 6/6 - 6/13 of 2009. I was extremely happy with the quality of the food but the service was terrible, you need someone to seat you and then they have a server that brings silverware, drinks and napkins if needed. Since it is buffet you serve yourselves. I went with my 4 children under 7 and my husband and had a waiter that was really trying to work the tip but he just came off as annoying and was at our table every 3 minutes!!! So annoying that my 7 year old would spot him and say here he comes again!!! When we got our final bill my 8 mos old was crying and the kids were rowdy from sitting for a long period of time while I ate the crab legs which were good. I signed the bill of $86.00 and told my husband to leave a $10.00 tip after all he only got us drinks and napkins and interupted our meal continuously my husband felt this was to much for drinks and napkins but because I was a server before I said give him at least $10. I had one soda and he had 2 beers and the kids well, they left full sodas on the table. When I returned home from pittsburgh I was reviewing our accounts and paying bills that were due and realized that the charge from Bennets Calabash was 106.00 debited from my account. Searched and found my receipt and knew that my total was 86.00. I called my bank and they said they would dispute my charge but no immeadiate satisfaction, so I called Bennetts long distance and asked for a manager, did this server add 20.00 to my bill because he was not happy with my cash tip! I realized in my rush to get screaming kids to the car I signed and left, not putting a line through the tip to indicate none to be added, however someone did add money to my bill with out my consent. Working as a waitress through school I sometimes was unhappy with a tip that a customer may have given me but I would never have the courage to take it upon myself to rectify the situation. I would not take money out of someones pocket, furthermore I would not take money that was not mine. The good side of the story was that I spoke to management, they credited the money back to my account as far as the server I do not know what happened to him but I would not want him working for me! After all is said and done, it was worth the money we paid, it was good food and other than this one annoying waiter I would return my kids ate the food, loved the deserts and there was plenty to pick from. One suggestion would be pay cash or be certain to write 0's or a line through the tip!! You might get that one rotten apple who thinks stealing is ok!

We waited way too ling to be seated. There was no clear waiting list for parties of 5 or more. The seafood bar had a huge selection of food. Grilled tuna.....this tuna was great. However....I would not go again...too expensive...they wanted to charge an extra $6 for the kids if they were eating crablegs...while it was included on the adult bar...We waited about 30-45 minutes just too have stomach aches for 2 days...I guess we weren't used to that much seafood at one time or something was not prepared correctly because we ALL got stomach aches even the ones who didn't "load up". The bill for 2 adults, a teenager, a nine year old, and a 2 year old baby was around $120...It wasn't worth the money! One side point, however, our waitress was wonderful.

This place was awesome! This restaurant had absolutely anything and everything you could possibly want to eat...from crablegs, tilapia, and shrimp..to prime rib, t-bone steak..and then the dessert bar was like being at a church function..good pecan pie, cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, and banana pudding. I highly recommend. But, just like the last post..you need to expect to pay $26 or $27, but it's totally worth it!

I have read all the reviews up here and I decided to leave one. Man, my friends and I left the gambling boat and we went hunting for a crab leg buffet. Boy, did this place hit the spot. I thought the price was reasonable. YOUR ALWAYS GOING TO PAY AT LEAST 20.00 DOLLARS FOR ALL YOU CAN EAT CRABLEGS DUHHHh!!! Anyways sorry about that. I just couldn't believe all the people talking smack about this place. Our waiter was nice and the crab legs never ran out. They were hot too. The meat came out in strings and you only had to really crack like the big claws (which were full of meat). The fried shrimp, scallops, and oysters had a great flavor and it was AWWWEEESSOOOMMMEE!! I forgot about the 120.00 I peed away on the G-Boat. Definitely try this place out but you are going to drop at least 26 a person so don't be whining about in your review. I swear though you won't be disappointed.

This resteraunt needs to get it together, maybe fire the manager, and change managing attitudes. They have an obvious choice of either improving the food, and attitudes, or they can lower the price to be just another Buffet style resteraunt that serves uneatable crap and knows it. Based on all the poor reviews I've read, I wish I would have read them before I ate there. Maybe it's the owners fault, or the managers, I don't care, I will never eat there again.

I felt that $26.99 fwas an unfair price for stuffed flounder that had been baked until it was as dry and tough as leather, crab cakes that can better be described as "tasteless paste cakes", bland cold shrimp that only has flavor if you put cocktal sauce on them, bla bla bla...you get the idea. The overall buffett selection and quality was good but I think Benjamins has to either learn how to prepare seafood so that it tastes somewhat like seafood or get out of the seafood business. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere second to none.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this ripoff establishment. Total bill for 2 adults and 1 child came out to 85 bucks. The waitress quickly took our menus before we knew what the fare was, and then stuck me with the astronomical bill, even though the kid only had chicken fingers and fries. For 28 bucks a piece, you can find a lot better places than this.

We always eat at Bennett's when we come to N. Myrtle Beach. Without a doubt the BEST crab legs you will find anywhere. They always have an ample supply and never seem to run out. You never stand in line waiting for them to refill items. The price's are great especially for all-you-can-eat crab legs. Anywhere else you would pay that price alone for the crab legs without all the other choices you have. We love it here...it is a 'family tradition' to go to Bennett's.

Tried this place next to last night of our vacation.Wish we hadn't.Crab legs were good but the rest of the buffet was lousy.rubbery fried ,bad flavor. My 11 year old daughter doesn't get to see her college aged brother very often so she wanted to crack his crab legs for him. When she was doing this the waitress approached me and said that she was going to have to charge me for a full price bar for her because the manager saw her doing this and thought she was eating the crab legs.I told her to get the manager for me if he has a problem with my girl cracking his crab legs for him.I never saw the manager and I didn't get billed a extra buffet price..Hey Bennetts not everyone is a crook and just maybe you might offend someone trying to enjoy they're hard worked for vacation .Get a grip, will never return to Bennetts Calabash.

We have been to Bennett's many times in the past 5 years, and have usually been very happy with the food and service. This last trip, we went twice, and once the food was excellent, but 3 days later the food was below average. Go figure? I think it has to do with how busy they are. If they are half full, the kitchen keeps the food fresh and hot. If they are too crowded, they run out of everything, and if they are almost empty, the food gets old on the bar. We usually go for lunch or an early supper (5:30 or so) and have been pleased most times. The calabash shrimp, fried oysters, and fried scallops are my favorites. If you get fresh, hot ones at this place, they are GREAT.

Our waitress was wonderfully attentive and helpful with our young daughter who fell asleep during the meal. The buffet ordered lots of variety, for instance four different preparation of shrimp. Some were great and some were good. The prime rib was overcooked. Excellent variety with varying quality. Would go back for early bird specials.

This place is a joke. I read all of the reviews and just couldn't believe it was this bad. Well after a 120 dollar bill for four people for lousy snow crabs and end of the nite fried leftovers I guess I got my answer. Go buy your own fresh seafood and pay someone to cook it. It still has to be cheaper..

I live in Myrtle Beach and have tried all the buffets around in the area, and I give Bennetts the best rating. It is a bit costly but worth the price when it comes to the crab legs. The crab legs are fresh and have a sweet( light sugar taste) taste with a hint of salt. Like I said. You will shell out some money but at cheaper restuants the crab legs are dry and bland. Craby Mikes is my #2 spot for crab legs.

We tried Bennett's because our favorite buffet was closed. BIG (and expensive) MISTAKE! Even though there was no crowd, the crab legs continuously looked like picked-over leftovers. I've owned shoes more tender than the prime rib. Three of us, buffet each, water each, before 4pm, minus $4 each (coupon), still charged $60.12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I realize this was an "off-season" visit but we sure paid for first class!

We have frequented this Bennett's since 1999 and about once per month for 2007. The food at Bennett's has been consistently good over that time. Not excellent but above average. Bennett's fried and broiled dishes on the buffet are better than what I experienced at non-buffet seafood restaurants in the area. The price is high due to the all you can eat crab-legs, which I don't eat. If you don't eat crab-legs this won't rate well on the value for the money. During the off season (Jan-Feb), Bennett's will alternatively close the restaurant row or this location. The food at the other location is consistent with this location.

Having lived in Baltimore, MD for most of our lives, my boyfriend and I were horrified by the food on the buffet and then when we received the bill at 2 p.m. lunchtime for over $50....well let's just say we will never go back to Bennett's Calabash. Always make sure you ask the price and then look at the buffet before you commit. I was disgusted by the quality of food and the selection of food. I don't know who these people think they are charging $25 a person but they need a reality check....I would have preferred Wendy's to Bennetts. I hope you read this manager or owner of the worst calabash seafood restaurant....I wouldn't eat here if it were free.

Most of the food was cold, the crabcakes and crab imperial were nothing but breading, the soft ice cream machine was out of order, most of the rest of the desert was inedible. except for the lemon meringue pie. The King crab legs were very good but if i had to do it again I would try another place or just stick with one of the major chains. Would not have been as bad if it was only around $14.99, but at $21.99 it was highway 17 robbery.

The folks who have written bad reviews intrigue me, because I have never heard these detrimental comments about Bennett's, and I have been to Myrtle Beach close to 20 times! I think that some of these folks are never satisfied, so they would rate any restaurant badly.

By far one of the worst meals I've ever had, and definitely the worst seafood. We went on a Friday evening--everything looked and tasted as if it had been prepared the day before. The tuna was very over done, and like the "prime rib," steak, and other fish, it was floating in a pool of brown liquid. The salad dressings were watered down, the boiled shrimp had an unidentifiable flavoring, and the pulled pork barbeque had been doused with "liquid smoke" from a bottle. Neither of us finished our first plate of food before leaving. I grew up going to Calabash for seafood--this place had little in common with Calabash fare. Folks not from eastern Carolina may think Bennett's is good, but if you go, please don't assume this place is typical of good Carolina seafood!

We love to go to Myrtle Beach and eat a Bennett's they have been in the seafood business a looooog time. It's a fact that serving food on a buffet is a hard way to insure quality food. Totally different than serving on platters from the kitchen where most meals are made as you order..However we have found the best time to eat at a buffet is about 30 minutes after the buffet is set up. we never go to a buffet after the rush hour..so there are some tips to eating buffet style and insuring yourself a good meal. I would definitely reccommend Bennetts. North Carolina

My wife and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 50 years and have been a patron of Bennett's every chance we had. The first week in January 2007, we visited again and were very disapointed.

We both ordered the buffet. The fried oysters were very small and over cooked, the fried shrimp had been rinsed in iodine and still had the iodine taste, bourbon salmon was overcooked and the bourbon taste was too strong, the keylime pie was not fresh and was too limey.

Sorry for the bad review, but there are too many other good restaurants for me to waste money for sub-standard food

We enjoyed our Bennett's experience; after reading reviews of several restaurants through this website, we chose this from all the others. Mid-October, 3PM, Friday afternoon, w/ $4 coupon, 4 adults, one toddler. It was not crowded. Seated and served fine. Food was good - crab legs, prime rib, and few other selections were very good. Some pieces from salad bar not so great, but you get those in each bushel once-in-a-while. The price is fine for what you're getting; it's not Golden Corral so expect to pay more. We'd go back there.

Consider it is a buffet place in a tourist trap, it is consider as good. Make sure someone in your party enjoys crab legs and Steamed Oysters in shells (hard to open but fun).

Price is decent. Make sure you clip one of those coupons that will save you 10% or more (depends on what time you dinn in).

The only draw back is the long wait for the crab legs. Once they are out of the kitchen, they are gone in 1 minute.

The rest of the food is OK. If you stuff yourself with fried food, then it is not worth the $22. My husband ate like 4 dozens of steam oysters and may be 5 pound of crab legs (you only eat the legs, so it is like less than 1 pound of crab meat). You do the math if he ate his money worth.

The crab legs are much better than other buffet place around the area. Definitely an ideal place to go for seafood.

We are very picky about our seafood and consider it is only $22 a person, this place is a steal.

Twice in a week would be great. I know that my husband and I eat $40 in crab legs alone. Our children have so many items to choose from at the bar too! They are just happy its not another chicken nugget type dinner. Adding the tip in does not bother us. They deserve every cent! Only two more weeks until our vacation.CANT WAIT!!!

Rotten tomatoes were sliced and put on the bar now come on anyone can do better than this, and for that kind of price. And also the rest room was so bad I couldnt even let my 3 year old grandson use the potty. Water all over the place. And to beat it all one of the girls working there came out looked at the mess and walked out.

Great Food and Great Service. We eat here a couple of times each year on family vacation. It's a shame that people complain about the tip added to the bill. I was a waitress many years ago and I would have appreciated my employeer adding my tip to the bill to make sure that I would get paid. There are many people out there that would not pay much of a tip or none at all even though they got good service because they are cheap. I don't mind paying them the 15% tip. I would pay it even if it wasn't added to my bill. This is a Great Restaurant and it's nice to know that they take care of their employees and make sure that they get the tip that they work for.

Bennett's is horrible and over priced even for a buffet and the coupon for $5 off isn't enough to compel you to try it. You get charged for crab legs even if you don't want them. The only good news at Bennett's is there is plenty of selection and the wait staff is friendly. This is the worst seafood buffet we've ever tried. We agree with the other reviewer that everything was overcooked, dried out, mushy, bland, no flavor. We also live near the Chesapeake Bay and looked forward to trying Calabash seafood. If you want Calabash seafood, drive up US 17 a little way into Calabash, NC and try one of the restaurants on River Rd off Rt 179.

Bennett's is ok if you don't mind spending too much money. The food is like any other buffet restaurant on the beach. Plenty of selection to choose from just over priced.

Enjoyed eating there very much. The food was great, place was clean and was a great value for seafood. We ate before 4 p.m. to save $4 a person.

Bennett's was very good. I thought the price was very reasonable and the service above average. The crab legs were yummy and the price was below average especially with a coupon. The tips are part of the program and I was on vacation so spending was what I came down here for. I'm coming back in August for more. Advice to all who go to buffet. Go early and you will have no waiting problems. C. East Hartford, CT

Without a doubt, this is the greatest seafood restaurant of all-time. What a super set-up with SO much selection. The fried shrimp is the best on the beach, edging out Dockside's in Calabash, NC. The crab legs are great, and the roast beef on the buffet is also excellent. If you are a hardcore seafood fan, this is it. You will not leave out of here without finding something. It is truly one of the highlights of my visit to Myrtle Beach every year. I can't think about our vacation to Myrtle Beach without thinking of Bennett's.

The food at Bennett's was okay, but even with coupons the meal is way more expensive than it is worth. A 15% tip is added to your bill before it is given to you, and if you have a coupon, they add the tip in before the coupon is figured in so they pinch as much money out of you as they can.

There were four in our party, and our waiter received a $16 tip. It was about $30 for each couple to eat. All we ordered were regular drinks and the buffet. Our coupons were buy one meal get one free. Needless to say we were very disapointed to find out after the fact about the tip.

This place must make thousands of dollars in tips alone...You do the math...Is it really worth it? I guess they have to find someway to pay the pirate. lol Oh, and they tried to hit us up for pictures and some type of drawing as we were leaving saying how we could win $100. Go figure.

Absolutely the worst "seafood" we have ever eaten. Everything we tried from the buffet was overcooked, dried out, or mushy. After living on the Chesapeake Bay for years and eating fresh seafood at almost any restaurant, we know what well cooked seafood is. I would not recommend this place to a dog. Our bill was 53.00 for two people and we left very dissatisfied.

We ate here on 6/17 and the food was great! But at 20.95 a person w/ $2 each for drinks, it was a little pricey. However, you do get all the king snow crab legs you want. There was another issue with them overcharging our credit card, but we are working on that issue. Just watch your bill and keep a receipt!

We just ate here a few days ago! There was 6 of us and we felt the food was just out of this world! The selection on the buffet was way above what you normally see in places and what made it really special was that Everything on there was delicious! I have never seen prime rib, rib eye steak and t-bone on a buffet with all these wonderful fish selections. The service was very good as we had a humorous waiter, we were seated as soon as we entered the dining room! For sure I will be going back here to eat in a few weeks when we return to Myrtle Beach!! My favorite was the Prime Rib, Stuffed Shrimp, and oh those delicious Scallops!!!

Our visit here was very dissatisfactory. Our table and chairs were not clean and we found dirty dishes at the buffet. When I was served my food,(not from the buffet) the baked potato was not acceptable and when I requested fries instead, the waitress said she could not do that, but suggested that someone else in our group could get fries from the buffet for me. POOR SERVICE!!!!!! I know she realized that I was unhappy and so I guess that's why she tried to overcompensate by making sure that we had plenty of tea.

We eat at Bennett's often for the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet, especially the crab legs, which are usually pretty good for the price. We like the larger tables that can accommodate our families and friends who like all-you-can-eat buffets when visiting us here at the beach.
