Review: We made it a habit to visit this place on Sundays before church. Last time we were there saw roaches (live ones). The bagels are good, but the service is a little slow and there are definitely concerns about cleanliness. I don't remember seeing the health rating.

Review: EXCELLENT BAGELS.. i buy a dz bagels and lox for my mother and bring them to santee. we are from staten island and really enjoy a good bagel. I am so glad he got boar's head cold cuts the sandwichs are great and your served in minutes.. I feel i am back in staten island when i am there... :) thank you for the great food... staff is always very friendly!!!!!!!!!!!! If you love a good new york bagel go there..

Review: We used "Mr Tony's" services for a corporate meeting and found the food and service excellent. Tony personally delivered an over abundant meal for my staff. We will use the Bagel Factory 11 again for future company activities. We at Callas Florist in Carolina Forest would like to thank you for the great value and quality.

Review: The place was dirty, flies everywhere...even saw some dead roaches. Owners and employees were yelling, very uncomfortable, food was greasy and slopped together. I would not recommend it. The prices were kinda high for the food you got.
